Safety Precautions
14.2.1 The Contractor shall observe all local laws and regulations regarding safety on the Site as they relate to the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of the Works to be delivered by the Contractor.
14.2.2 The Contractor shall, from the commencement of work on Site until taking over, provide such security, including fencing, lighting, guarding and watching, of the Works as is required for the protection of the Works.
